Lovely Villa Stay

maintained hotel excellent room attentive staff

The hotel is beautifully maintained with excellent rooms, pools, bars, and restaurants. I experienced kind, helpful staff throughout the location. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it presented many options and catered to dietary needs. The cleaning staff also ensured my room was always very special and attentive.

The price for certain items seemed inflated compared to local costs, it slightly detracted from the overall experience.

The staff responded quickly to requests, including bringing yoga mats and arranging personalized touches. The butler was always available. Really good service from the team.

The villa offered comfort with high-quality amenities and an amazing private pool. The turndown service was also perfect. I found every detail was well-attended to throughout my entire stay.

The resort had its own clean, safe beach, including beach beds and staff. This provision made it very easy to get towels, drinks, and food. I could easily explore the grounds by using available buggies.

The Sawangan Junior Suite had a separate bathtub and shower. It also featured a walk-in closet. Twice-daily housekeeping service attended to our needs. Breakfast at Senses had a wide variety of cuisines available.
